How much does a private office cost in Noosaville?

Which office is right for you
One or two people. Office Five (12sqm, $320 a week) is available from September 21st. Good for a solo consultant, a founder and an assistant, or anyone who has outgrown the kitchen table but does not need a boardroom of their own.
Three or four people. Office Three (21sqm, $420 a week) fits a small team with room for desks and a spare chair for clients. It is the one people take when they are hiring.
Bigger than that. Speak to us as we do have the potential to combine offices if you have a larger team.
Private office, dedicated desk or hot desk?
Private office — from $320 a week. A door you can close, calls you can take, gear you can leave out.
Dedicated desk — $119 a week. Your own desk every day, but you are happy in the open space.
Hot desk — $129 a week or $45 a day. A desk a few days a week, no commitment.
10-day bundle — $400. A couple of days a week only.
Virtual office — $50 a month. A Noosaville business address without the desk.

Terms, bond and moving in
Contracts start from six months with a two week bond. Prices are ex GST.
Moving in is quick. Have a look through, pick your office, sign, pay the bond and first period, and you can usually be in within a week. Bring your laptop and whatever makes it yours. Everything else is already here.

Yes. Private office and dedicated desk members have out of hours access. The general coworking hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Is there parking at The Work Exchange?
Yes. There is free street parking on Rene St and onsite parking down the back of the building.
Can I hire a meeting room?
Yes. Office members get discounted rates on the boardroom and both studios. The boardroom is $50 an hour, $180 a half day or $300 a full day at standard rates.
Can I try the space before committing to an office?
Yes. Your first week of coworking is free for locals.
Do you offer virtual offices?
Yes. A virtual office is $50 a month and gives you a Noosaville business address, a postal address and post handling.
