Every hot desk and dedicated desk includes air conditioning, a kitchenette, complimentary teas and coffee, high-speed NBN internet and printer access. Dedicated desk members also get a lockable cabinet and discounted rates on our room and studio hire.
Is parking available at The Work Exchange?
We're at 29 Rene St, Noosaville. There is both free street parking and onsite parking down the back of the building.
Do you have private offices available?
Not right now. All seven private, lockable offices (11sqm to 32sqm) are leased. They start from $210 a week plus GST. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first when one comes free, or call 07 5448 1935.
Can I book a private office for just a day?
Yes. Book a private office by the half day ($45, 4 hours) or full day ($65, 8 hours), Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. No membership needed. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead for a full refund.
What are your opening and access hours?
Our coworking hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Call 07 5448 1935 if you need to check access outside those times. Private offices & dedicated desk members have out of hours access.
What is the 10-day bundle?
The 10-day bundle gives you 10 days of coworking access at The Work Exchange for $400. It suits anyone who only needs a desk a couple of days a week and doesn't want a weekly membership.

The Work Exchange is part of The Exchange Noosa, at 29 Rene St, Noosaville QLD 4566. We're a coworking space with hot desks, dedicated desks and private offices in the heart of Noosaville.
Can I hire a boardroom in Noosaville?
Yes. The Exchange at 29 Rene St, Noosaville has a private boardroom seating 6–8 people, available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. You don't need to be a member — anyone can book. It's a five-minute drive from Noosa Civic and ten minutes from Noosa Main Beach.
How much does it cost to hire the boardroom?
Boardroom hire starts at $50 per hour, $180 for a half day (four hours) and $300 for a full day (eight hours).
Members (receive 4 hours included each month). Prices include Wi-Fi, screen, whiteboard, tea and coffee, with no additional booking or cleaning fees.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your booking for a full refund. Within 48 hours there's no refund, but you can move your booking once to another date within 30 days.
