Yes. The Exchange at 29 Rene St, Noosaville has a private boardroom seating 6–8 people, available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. You don't need to be a member — anyone can book. It's a five-minute drive from Noosa Civic and ten minutes from Noosa Main Beach.

Boardroom hire starts at $50 per hour, $180 for a half day (four hours) and $300 for a full day (eight hours).

The boardroom seats 6–8 people around the table comfortably. For larger groups we can set you up in our studio or event space. Get in touch and we'll work out the setup.

Every booking includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65 inch TV screen with (HDMI & wireless casting), a whiteboard, air conditioning, filtered water and tea and coffee. Printing is available ($.50 per colour page). There's a kitchen you're welcome to use and free on-site / street parking.

You can book by the hour, with a one-hour minimum. Half-day (four hours) and full-day (eight hours) rates work out cheaper if you need the room for longer. Multi-day bookings for offsites or training runs are available. Contact us and we'll sort the rate for longer bookings.

Yes, the boardroom is fully enclosed and private, with a professional reception area for candidates to wait in. Hourly hire suits back-to-back interview days, and you can book the full if you're running a full round.

Yes. Full-day hire suits training and workshops, and the room can be set up to suit. Included: whiteboard, screen, Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee for your group. Catering can be arranged with 2 days notice, see below.

You're welcome to bring your own catering, or we can arrange it through our onsite catering van (Latin American) with 1 week notice (we'll try our best if it is less notice, but can't guarantee). There's a kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave you can use for anything you bring in. Tea and coffee are included in every booking at no extra cost.

The boardroom is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with after-hours and weekend bookings by arrangement. Get in touch and we'll usually make it work. Members with 24/7 access can book the room outside standard hours by prior arrangement.

Yes. Multi-day boardroom hire is available, and we can pair it with day passes so your team has desks, kitchen and Wi-Fi between sessions. We're ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the river, so the "we're in Noosa" part of the offsite still happens. Tell us your dates and headcount and we'll put a plan together.

A day pass ($45) gives one person a desk in the shared co-working space for the day. Boardroom hire gives your whole group a private, enclosed room with a door that shuts, a screen and a whiteboard. If you're meeting clients or discussing anything confidential, book the boardroom.

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If plans change, let us know as early as you can and we'll move your booking to another day where we can.

Yes, the building has step-free access from the front of the building and the boardroom is on the same floor.
Our bathroom can fit a wheelchair & can be made private but the individual cubicles will not fit a wheelchair.
