How do I book the boardroom?
You book and pay online through The Work Exchange booking page. Choose your length of booking, then a date and time, and your confirmation arrives straight away.
Is there a minimum booking?
The minimum booking is 1 hour. The 2-hour, half-day and full-day rates work out cheaper if you need the room for longer.
What hours is the boardroom available?
The boardroom can be booked Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. After-hours and weekend bookings are by arrangement, so call us on 07 5448 1935.
Can I book the boardroom for the same day?

Can I book the boardroom for several days?
Yes. Multi-day hire suits offsites and training runs. Contact us with your dates and headcount, and we'll put a plan and a rate together.
What is your cancellation policy for the boardroom?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your booking for a full refund. Within 48 hours, there's no refund, but you can move your booking once to another date within 30 days.
Do you close for public holidays?
Yes. The Exchange is closed on Queensland public holidays and over Christmas, from 24 December to 4 January.

Yes. The boardroom has a 65-inch screen you can cast to or plug into, high-speed NBN Wi-Fi, and a door that closes properly. A conference camera and speakerphone are available on request.

Yes. The boardroom is fully enclosed and private, and candidates can wait in our reception area. Hourly hire suits back-to-back interviews, and a full day suits a whole round.
Can I run training or a workshop in the boardroom?
Yes. Full-day hire suits training and workshops for up to 8 people, with a whiteboard, screen, Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee for the group included.
Can we bring catering?
Yes. You can bring your own, and there's a kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave. We can also arrange catering through our onsite food van with 1 week's notice.

A day pass ($45) gives one person a desk in the shared coworking space. Boardroom hire gives your whole group a private room with a door, a screen and a whiteboard. For client meetings or confidential conversations, book the boardroom.
